Company Policy

Real South Apartments Company Policy.

• Check-in is between 15:30 and 21:00, Check-out is between 08:00 and 10:30.
• We are open 365 days of the year, from 08:00 to 21:00.
• Guests must agree to pay a 'Breakage deposit' of €500 (credit card or cash if paid when checking in), refundable at the end of the stay subject to no damage encountered.
• Any payments made less than 30 days prior to start date can only be payed for by Credit Card / PayPal / Cash (on check-in).
• All minors under 2 years stay free of charge, cots/cribs and highchair are supplied free also but must be reserved on booking.
• Guests are required to sign the following agreement documents when checking in,

• Pets are not allowed.
• Smoking is strictly forbidden throughout the building, anybody not respecting this ban will be asked to leave and risk losing their 'Breakage deposit'.
• All visitors must vacate the premises before midnight.
• Guests must leave the apartments in a tidy and respectable manner on check-out day, apartments left disorderly and (or) filthy will be subject to an excess cleaning charge.
• We have water and electric meters in all our apartments to avoid abuse, we allow free of charge 8 kw electricity and 0.5 m3 water per day, should the guest pass this quote then it is payable at the end of the visit, all our apartment are equipment with the latest technology (gestionnaire of energy) to economise.
• Bookings cancelled by guests are subject to the agreed "Payment Terms" when the reservation was made, cancellations must be made by 12 midday CET (Central European Time) on the appropriate day. We also reserve the right to cancel in unforeseen circumstances should this occur we will offer you a complete refund (no penalty's) or should you prefer and it be possible we will offer a replacement apartment if a mutual agreement can be found.
• For reservations carried out on any of our partners site, customers must understand that the "policies, terms, conditions" displayed on our partners site have precedent over our (Real South Apartments) "policies, terms, conditions" should their be any conflict.
• We reserves the right to modify these "Terms and or price, season on our site" at any time without notice to you. Your continued use of this site will be subject to the Terms in effect at the time of your use.
• In making a reservation with us you agree unconditionally to abide by the terms and conditions imposed by Real South Apartments at the time of reservation.
• You must be 18 years of age and capable of legally entering into a binding contract to make a reservation and or payment with Real South Apartments.
